We are a unique footwear supplier we do not operate as an agent between customer and factory, we can cover all areas of the footwear business from concept design, development and production right through to delivery.

Each season our company’s design team creates new and exiting footwear collections to ensure that customers stay ahead of the competition in a fast-moving market place. Academy Footwear’s design team specialises in working with each and every customer to provide an individually tailored package.

Develop your own design range, specially branded and packaged to provide a unique product
Provide a seasonal range of styles for your own branding and packaging or
Offer you a selection of Academy Footwear’s own range of designs – with the possibility of exclusivity on large volume orders

All our footwear comes from well established manufacturers with excellent reputations and, over the years, we have built up good working relationships with them. Thanks to years of experience in the trade we understand our customers’ needs and can work with the manufacturers to make sure they are met.

Quality Guarantee

The company’s Total Quality Management system has been developed to provide assurances that our customers receive a quality product every time.

Our own team of Quality Control Staff work, under the control of an overall Quality Control Manager in the Far East (working in conjunction with SATRA and ITS), ensure the quality of the product from its inception through to production. We adhere to the stringent fitting policies employed by our UK and Worldwide customers to ensure that the Academy Footwear names and its products are second to none in our very demanding market place.

Customer Care

Our customers are at the heart of everything we do and along with providing a quality product our relationship with you is just as important.

At every stage of the process from initial enquiry, order and product design to manufacture, shipping and delivery everyone at Academy Footwear is pledged to provide the highest level of support and care for the customer.

You will have your own point of contact at the company, a stock controller assigned to your account who can provide you with up-to-date information on progress from enquiry to delivery.
